GHRP-2 vs GHRP-6

Growth Hormone

GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 are first and second-generation growth hormone releasing peptides that work through the ghrelin receptor. The key difference is appetite: GHRP-6 dramatically increases hunger through strong ghrelin stimulation, making it useful for those wanting to bulk. GHRP-2 provides similar GH release with significantly less appetite stimulation. Both raise cortisol and prolactin more than Ipamorelin.

Verdict

GHRP-2 for GH elevation without extreme hunger. GHRP-6 for bulking when appetite increase is a feature, not a bug. Both are superseded by Ipamorelin for cleaner GH release.
